Deva’s microphone cables can be found in recording studios, theatres, schools, music venues, and professional touring / staging venues. We supply a number of well known UK brands all offering superior performance with exceptionally low capacitance and unequalled sound quality. Conductors can be plain OFC copper or silver plated copper (SPC) and designs generally have a high density spiral OFC copper shield or braid to ensure effective screening and superior flexing. Flexibility is achieved through spiral wound shielding and a jacket material which is soft pvc / neoprene composite.

Construction of the cable featured in above photo:
Conductors: 30/0.10mm (0.235mm²) plain copper wire
Insulation: PVC, radial thickness 0.38mm, OD 1.4mm, Red and Black
Twisting and lay: 2 ×0.25mm² plus 2 × (tightly packed) cotton fillers, 30mm lay length
Screen: 72/0.1mm helically wound plain copper wire, 96% optical coverage (helical preferable to foil screen for certain dynamic applications)
Overall jacket: Soft, highly flexible PVC/Neoprene composite, wall thickness 1.1mm, OD 6.40mm, matt black.

Cables can be branded with own logo and supplied in different colours and a variety of lengths.
